Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on cloudtx, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. cloudtx reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use cloudtx solely for lawful trading and investment activities. Automated trading is permitted only via the official API with prior approval. Any attempt to manipulate markets or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. cloudtx cannot recover losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. cloudtx does not provide services in restricted territories listed in our compliance documentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on cloudtx — including the platform interface, branding, data feeds, and proprietary technology — is owned by cloudtx or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

cloudtx is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network outages outside our control, or user error. Trading cryptocurrency carries significant financial risk, and past performance does not indicate future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cloudtx's total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the trading fees paid by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

cloudtx integrates third-party services for payment processing, identity verification, and analytics. These providers operate under their own terms. cloudtx is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Account Security

cloudtx applies AES-256 encryption, cold storage, and two-factor authentication. You are required to enable 2FA within 30 days of account creation. Accounts without 2FA may face withdrawal restrictions.

Your Rights

You may close your cloudtx account at any time by submitting a request to support. Pending orders will be cancelled and remaining balances returned to your designated withdrawal address within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

cloudtx will notify users of material changes to these terms via email and an in-platform banner at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
